Drumming tapes: Where can I get them? Are they worth it?

I've done a good bit of reading on Shamanism, have been doing the meditational exercises and I ready to give some of the stuff a try. Unfortuantely, I have no drum or access to a drum or money to purchase a drum. I suppose I could easily swipe one from the school's drum closet, but I don't really want to do that.

So where can I find a drumming tape? Can I order one online? Is it feasible that the Nashville wicca/new-age magik shop would have them (I haven't checked yet because of my lack of funds/gasoline)? Thanks.

Go get Steve Reich's "Drumming (1971)." You should be able to order from your music store or via Amazon.

It is amazing.

Drumming tapes/CDs are very good for beginners, but if you like shamanism then getting your own drum eventually would be a good idea.

There are plenty of online sources from where you can get drumming tapes, here's some:

(I picked up No. 7: Shamanic Journey Multiple Drumming many years ago in a shop, and it served me very well until I got a drum)
