So recently reread all my Ennis' trades of Hellblazer, and after looking around a bit realized that the issues bewteen "Dangerous Habits" and "Fear and Loathing" were also by the Ennis and Dillon, save for a few. Any reason why these weren't collected? It seems that the issues where Ellis was introduced(#59-#61) ties in with what happens immediately in "Fear and Loathing".

And does this newly released "Rare Cuts" have anything to do with it? Thanks a bunch.

While Ennis did write most (all?) of the issues between dangerous habits and fear and loathing Dillon was not the only artist - the late 50's featured mainly Will Simpson's art IIRC...

But as for why they have not yet been collected, I have no idea. Certain;y issues 51-59 rarely seem to be available in the back issue bins...
