Last week:

Tuesday & Wednesday: I start writing a story about a young boy who leaves his horrible town (Swindon, all by stories are set in Swindon- its sucha depressing place) and goes to London where really bad things happen to him (rape, mugging, drug addiction and death).

Thursday: I learn I get a B in my Philosophy A Level despite thinking that I failed it due to stress caused illness.

Friday: I deicide on a whim to try and get into a university and get into the first one I ring up- London. Which I have decided to go.

Monday: At careers place I am having an interview, when the women types in my name two people come up, the other one's birthdate is five days before mine. Weird!!

I think I should change the ending to my story...

Hmmmm...thoughts manifest, so it might not be such a bad idea to change the ending.

The bloke born five days before you will be happier for it.

Indeed. Change the ending. Oh, and while you're about it- put in a bald chick with glasses who wins a vaaaaast amount of money from a cereal box competition....

I keep reading this story over, and I can see the thing on Monday. But none of the other stuff seems even slightly unusual to me. Are they supposed to be connected somehow?

If Ellis is the boy from Swindon who moves to London in the story, he is also now becoming that in real life. It's a good example of life imitating art...as well as a change in consciousness due to a creative act of will.

Doing well in the test led to his trying out for the college in London, which accepted him.
