Ok, just for the hell of it I cast a sigil to "win the lottery, the next time I play" but I can't not dwell on the intent so should I wait to play til I forget or should I just go for it?

Why dont you give someone else the money to buy the ticket tell them just to buy a tickiet sometime within the next month...then cast the sigil.
