Okay. Rule Two: People that turn up in your dreams a lot aren't necessarily (spelling?- sorry) "real", in the objective sense. Often they represent an element of your own self that is trying to become manifest.

Which doesn't mean that these figures are without value or relevance. I've made a lot of progress just by recognising that I contain within myself the qualities I see in my dream figures.

Dream people of the opposite gender are often aspects of your personality which you have buried, or just not had the opportunity to explore in your concious life. Exploring these aspects (even if it's purely a private thing that never goes on outside of your head) can be very liberating/empowering.
