In a forum that has the most food obsessed group of people that I have ever known in my life. Well the only solution can be that hardly anyone is here. Where the hell are all the heathens today.
I can put money on it that either this thread will grow to be stupidly huge, or there's already other recipe threads in this forum.
I slice up fresh sweet potatoes and fry them in a skillet with a little butter and some brown sugar and cinnamon. I never have specific measurements in mind, I just play it by ear until they're done.
