Out of curiosity, I was wondering who posts on Barbelith who doesn't either have a blog or livejournal or other website of their own, OR contribute to another discussion forum. Is there anyone here who falls into that category? (I'm not just asking people who do to post themselves - if you can think of anyone who posts here with any regularity but doesn't have any other kind of web presence to your knowledge, that would also be helpful.)

Um, and me. Barbelith is still the only forum I’ve ever joined. I’ve got a livejournal and I keep meaning to really start trying with that, but I’ve still got a few problems with the way livejournal works, I think. Wouldn’t call myself much of a presence, anyway.

Indeed, Barbelith is sooo needy! Always bothering everyone to post in it's threads, sucking more and more people into it's folds to feed it's never-ending obsession with socio-political debate, huggles, lateshifting, communal creative projects, crumpets, ass-candling, etc...Just look what this place has done to me! Look at my identity! I am swallowed up by it's compulsive and incessant seduction, only to feed it's tapestry of multicoloured threads while sponging each and everyone of our life-force from us all!!!

no, i've got a livejournal, though i haven't updated it in a while. i also had a second quasi-private journal for magicky things which i never got around to posting in more than once of i also spend a fair amount of time on theforce.net, of all places.

I dunno...I have a livejournal, but it's mostly links that I found from barbelith (or diepunyhumans). And I'm on AIM more then I should be...does that count?

What I want to know is, who doesn't exist anywhere but the internet. Is Qromm a computer program? Is Xoc just a ficsuit managed by Ganesh to support his fantasy life?

I'd like to think that Bed Head and the Fool aren't real, but that's just because I'm so jealous of their artistic talents.

Hummm, I used to post to various graphic design forums/newsgroups fairly regularly until last year til I dropped off the interweb radar (down to lack of time/connection/boredom) for a bit but I never seemed to pick it back up in any major way.

Nowadays I mainly lurk on two particular forums (one run by a friend, the other is rpgnet).

I am blogless at the moment, having not lead the life of a famous adventurer and vampire hunter as foretold in prophecy.

I used to have a website, as lame as it was, on Yahoo. They terminated that though now because of inactivity on my part. I'm soon to put up another, now that I have a break from school, but it will also be nothing dazzling. Just pictures and things that I've written so that my friends or family can see them. Maybe I'll convince my true love, whom I've never seen, to give me a picture of herself to put up there too.

My only real on-line presence is here. I don't have the know-how for a website and to be honest I don't think the net really needs another incredibly lame homepage. As for blogs I have neither the inclination or the time for such things.

Same with me too. If/when I get drawing again I'll probably be posting in the Millarworld creation forum, but apart from that I'm just not really bothered. Maybe I'll find a Celtic group to join in the future and/or a Buddhist meditation type group........also Guerrilla News Network looks pretty neat so I could join there.

There is a really basic Website that I made, put online and then left contentless, blog & livejournal that I started and then left.......they keep nagging at me. Maybe I'll go back to them soon, but only to post on every now and then. I just end up sat infront of the computer too much.

Barbelith is the only board I've ever joined... partly as it satisfies my needs, so I've nothing to look for elsewhere... Also, keeping myself well-read on the Conversation takes up most of the time I have for playing on the Internet...

Yeah, and I'm not even here much these days. Do have a Yahoo group and a Wiki for a group I'm in which I contribut to fairly regularly though. The talk I did at Treadwells will be going up on the web soon as well, and there may be some more stuff to follow. Coming here everyday gave me the writing bug, and as I'm not online that much anymore, I might end up producing some more focused pieces.

I only have a web presence on here these days...though not been on here for several months either for a number of reasons....I used to exist on a couple of online dating sites a couple of years back *winces at the memory*, not sure if that counts...but we don't talk about that whole episode now.

I have had a blog with 2 entries, thus far, in a month.

I post also on Millarworld, HeroRealm and Fanboy Rampage. Before you criticise, I should emphasise that I've seen diz (and others) posting on X-Fan.
