OK chaps, who wants to meet sometime in the next week or two. Staff party on Friday, so that's out for me, but I'm around right up to New Year. Who's up for something? I have a Rex the Runt badge I promised to someone and I need to find out who it was.

Up for something, definitely. Just not entirely sure what or when - my parents are coming up for Christmas and so there's much to do beforehand and during. Can I be really useless and say yes, maybe, I'll give you a shout when i know more? I'm sure other barbefolk are keen, though.

If it's at all possible I'll come along, but it might be difficult -I arrive in Edinburgh on the 23rd, and am leaving Scotland on the 26th (and my presence will be requested and required by the fam on the night of the 24th and all the 25th, obv). Would be good to see y'all tho', so I'll keep checking the thread!

Oh, that's great -I thought I'd miss everyone, with being in Scotland for such a short time! Just so you know, my flight is quite late as I'm flying straight after work. It lands sometime after eight, and I can probably be in Embra between half past and nine -it'd be a quick drink with everyone since I'd also have my big bag o' pressies with me!

Hmm. I wouldn't totally rule it out, but we on't really know till the day unfortunately. Kind of depends on whether we get all the shopping, cleaning, cooking, etc. done before the fam arrives.

Oh bah. I am sorry, people, but Vincennes Snr called last night to request filial help with the Christmas shopping (food shopping, so it could be worse) in return for a lift from the airport. I agreed as I wasn't sure if this was going to happen... have a good night, if it does! And next time I come back I'll make sure it's at a less busy time of year.
