i've looked on Google and can't find the ones i want for free. (i did find one but it was £10) can any one help? the specific ones i want are PAVTask.DLL and CONFIG.DLL. any help would be much apriechiated as i can't turn my computer off properly.

forget this question. i think they relate to a anti-virus programe (Panda) that i tried to delete before it's trial ended, but is now stuck on my computer.
i now need to figure out how to get it off.
If it's not showing up in your Add/Remove Programs list then you're most likely going to have to end up editing the registry to remove references to those dll's.
