It's in Brixton. It's cheap as fuck (five quid for a NYE club?) It plays whatever records you bring along. It's reputedly an excellent night out. It's something I and some friends are going to.

If you've not got plans for NYE, well, think about it and post.

I must admit I did spend a few minutes trying to figure out why anyone would think Brixton was in NYC.

I really want to go to this. New Years Eve is always a bit of a mess but the next one is 19th Feb. It sounds like it could be a lot of fun, and because it's not NYE, no door charge.

What was it like, those who went for NYE?

I went to it on NYE. It was great, quite packed (the Windmill's not all that big) but not too packed, I chatted to loads of people, the music was interesting and unshit, and there was generally a very friendly atmosphere. Though I do know a fair number of the regulars online anyway.
