This has been a great birthday...

despite (now don't hit me) having turned down a FREE TOM WAITS TICKET on the grounds that I'd already promised people I'd do stuff with them this evening (yeah, I know I made the right choice, but it was... difficult...)

Was forced to dance due to the fact that the Bowie tribute band I went to see dedicated a song to me as a birthday thingummy... but people bought me beer, so 'twas okay.
