Welcome on board Monkey.
I'm pretty new myself.
Don't worry, once you've passed the ass candling and the relentless submissive fellatio and cunnilingus you'll be made to feel right at home.

Welcome Martian Monkey, don't be afraid to post and I hope you like the place.

Maybe we're not offering him enough bananas.

(Does some research)
They don't have bananas on Mars.
Bummer.
Clearly they don't eat bananas then. They must have some other treats for monkeys on Mars.

Does anyone know what the Martian equivalent to a banana is?

Rocks, I think, possibly supplemented by robot probes from Earth.

Monkeys are from Mars, Wombats are from Venus.

I've alwasy wondered, how exactly does one play wom?

We're The Great Old Ones Now

With a womble.

STOATIE LIEKS CHOCOLATE MILK

Not only have I always wondered about the "wom" thing, but for years as as child I was convinced that "impromptu" was some some strange American sport, after reading a Hulk comic in which he uses a tree or something as "an impromptu bat".

Jesus, I was a stupid kid.

With a womble.

Wombles play with womble-sticks. A regulation wombat is heavier*, and usually flanged. Don't worry, though, it's a common mistake.

In a pinch, however, you could probably bundle together several womble-sticks with wire to make an impromptu wombat (sorry, Stoatie).

~L

*gravity on Venus is only 91% of our gravity, so the wombats tend to be slightly larger - Earth-based wom players often find imported bats harder to manage. Otherwise, the game is much easier on Earth, not least because you don't have to worry about being crushed by Venus's enormous atmospheric pressure.

Monkeys are from Mars, Wombats are from Venus.

Venusian Wombat sounds like it would make a really crazy username.

This is just embaressing. Where is he? He's ruining my credibility here...

I just got a good laugh out of the thought that he might have just set this up to take the piss. Sorry about that, but it just made me laugh.

See! See! I knew I hadn't invented him! And they said I was mad, just because I attacked the Prime Minister with a wombat...

And he's not even a regulation-sized wom. For shame.
