Much like a fungus, it's grown on me. Shatner's voice makes for interesting juxtaposition with the other artists contributing. And there's a core of dark feelings in there which, once you get past the humour and 'wtf' emotions this album ellicits, makes you pause and consider quite a range of issues. Well, at least it made me do that.

I listened to it once...and it creeped me out. I know its a cover and all,but...sigh, it isnt Jarvis.
Strange thing is, I still see an image of Shatner in the st uniform, season 1-sh...singing it, arms flailing.....oh gawd its gotten even creepier!

I went from horror to amusement to a kind of acceptance and was just getting used to it and starting to think "Hey, this isn't so bad".

Then the childrens choir joined in and now I just don't know. I have no idea whether I've just listened to something brilliant or something awful.
