are the 'issues' raised in this election real issues or just buildings blown up by the rich?
would we have cared if it wasn't on TV?
if we spend the next four years adressing these 'issues' do we not risk voting again next time around?
are we ignoring the fact that the politicians believe in lies as a tool of policy and will take any path to power that will work?
are we letting the corporations set the terms of the debate?
is playing a viable strategy?
can we trust the corporate news sources which tell us what we are?
is all of this just distraction from the fact that the representative democracy was of seriously dubious credibility in the first place?
is placating the opposition a substitute for a real agenda?
do we have the strength of our own convictions or are we so unsure of ourselves that we will take any tack to save us from what we hate? |
