Well I guess that's it, really strong episode to go out on. That hard cot line was hilarious. Anyone know who that guy in the Blue Man Group was? I thought it might be George Sr., but I'm not sure.

I haven't actually seen the season finale yet (I missed it tonight but I'll grab it online somewhere) - but is it definitely over? I thought that there was still some indecision over whether or not it would return for season 3....

According to USA Today, it hasn't actually been cancelled, it's on the bubble. And even if Fox cancels it, there's always the chance it'll get picked up by someone else, like HBO or Comedy Central, though that's not too likely. I guess we just have to wait and see.

It was George Sr.

"Dad's going to be crushed."

AHAW.

This week's InstaEmmy goes to Mr. Michael Cera for Best Awkward And Way Out Of His Way Reaching For An Open Sock Drawer.

Bring on Season Three.

No, really. You'd fucking better.

Yeah. I just got my whole studio hooked.

"Plate or platter?" Unceremoniously announced, results in riotous laughter on both sides of the office.

How's Maebe(sp?) possibly not George Michael's cousin? Adoption?

Lindsay was artificially inseminated - there have been plenty of hints throughout the series, and I think Lucille even explicitly told Maebe once.

Actually, sorry, not artificially inseminated, because that would mean she was still genetically part of the Bluth family. My mistake. It's been strongly hinted that Maebe was a test-tube baby.

I'm not at all sure, but I thought she was adopted - I thought there was some reference made to Lindsey never having had a child. Anyway...

Lots of incestuous love last night. This was so funny -
"Dad kissed me."
"Really, GOB? He looked pretty unconscious in that photo."
"Well I didn't say he was really into it."

In the episode "Out on a Limb" (the first of the two parter this season with Julia Louis-Dreyfus) Tobias says:

"Ah, a pregnancy test. There's something we never had, eh Lindsay? No, we had to create our little Frankenstein's monster out of science and money and juuust a dash of -- Maebe! How long have you been standing there?"

An instance of the Narrator actually contributing something in the guise of reiterating:

"Tobias had gained entry to the studio's wardrobe and makeup department. He then disguised himself to fool his wife Lindsay, see Maebe, and prove that he was a good actor. It was the exact plot of the movie Mrs. Doubtfire."

Yotsuba & Benjamin!

Do we dare to dream?

TWO seasons of TWENTY-TWO episodes each? An eye on syndication amounts of episodes, read somewhere between 80 and 100?

I think Franklin and GOB will be writing a very special song about this.

Do we dare to dream?

Don't wanna jinx it but that's a very positive bit of news.

Hallelujah indeed!

Yotsuba & Benjamin!
18:00 / 19.09.05
It does indeed start tonight, and I'll be right there at that shiny new thread at approximately 8:29:56. I'm so excited I could sing.

It ain't easy being white.
It ain't easy being brown.
All this pressure to be bright!
I got children all over town!
