Yes, Whisky Priestess and I are pimping our double-act around London again but this time we are not just touting for trade. We've set up a variety/cabaret night for Friday with the usual crowd of comedy/music wannabes and nobodies but are short of a catchy name for the event. We were thinking of a general name for the evening so that if it continues or transfers to a different venue we could keep the name. Also, the plan would be for the bill to change each time with a few regulars, so something like "The Whatsit Club presents.." or similar.

Our tiny brains are tired and vacant and we are two steps short of pulling each other's hair and so wondered if opening the question up to the combined wisdom/idiot savantry of the board might help. The main thrust of the night is comedy with a large streak of whimsy but we are suckers for a cool name and would settle for something generally groovy.

Please, I'm begging you, she wants to go for "Cabaret Sauvignon" and I'd rather drink bleach...
