Help placing image from In slaughter natives album cover

ok, if I did this right it will take You to a site that shows this cover... the band is In Slaughter Natives and the album is Sancrosants Bleed. I need to know where this image came from because I keep dreaming about it on the cover of a movie box that actually resembles more than anything an old Atari game box. But I wake up and think I've found the real life answer and even though who f@#in' cares, its just something thats bugging me.

I'm pretty sure comes from a 1980s gore film. Can't remember which one right now, which is likely to bug me.

thanks for the responses. I dont know nightbeast so I'll try to track it down. The thing direction is definitely possible. Like at the end when what's his name goes all big and final. Have to watch that again.
