This is probably not the best place for this, but it's this thread kicked off the idea, so:
Luke and Leia are Jerry and Catherine Cornelius, with Han as Una! Darth as Frank (I remember the - ostensibly by Lucas, ghosted by better - novelization of the first film, better than the actual movie, in terms of gut reaction, and Vader comes off pretty young there, much more foil-Luke)!
Or is Han, Catherine, and that's why he's boxed off for the big sleep? Princess Persson has to go rescue/awaken him, while Jedi Jerry puts on a big show and wanes annoyingly in fits of self-admiration and self-loathing/depression.
And a couple years down the road, it happens all over again, with some detail shifts, and new actors playing old roles. |
