I subscribe to The Atlantic Monthly, and in an article a few months ago (you'll need a to register to read it), the noticable decline in George Bush's debating skill was pointed out. Despite his current stutterings and chimp faces, he was once an intelligent and coherent debater. In a letter in this month's issue of the Atlantic, a neurologist writes in response to the article by saying that George Bush could very well have pre-senile dementia and he best get his head checked out before he turns into another Ronnie Reagan. Fascinating.
