Here's a link to a contest on a site I frequent. I will be looking to submit a 2-4 page script for this. The art I would be looking for would be in a cartoonish / silver age style, peniclled and inked, black and white.

There is no pay other than 6 of the 12 frees copies of the book (if we get picked), and having your art seen by some swell fellas who are already in the industry. The time is a bit tight, but we would need only one page to be ready by Sept 30 for submission. So If this sounds up your alley, you can PM me for any details.
