I did see something about this earlier today - apparently there's an easy dodge to getting round it, something like adding everyone ever to your account as a friend, which would get you all the information... can't imagine why you'd want it...

Anyone who was stupid enough to enter information that they don't want anyone else to know, connected to an email address and an LJ username, on a website with no privacy policy in a country with pitiful data protection laws... given that all previous similar LJ memes have ended up asking you for money... well. I don't have a lot of sympathy.

I don't consider it a particularly nice thing to do to people, reveal their "secret crushes" to paying users unless they also pay, but some people need a lesson in (a) who not to give personal information to and (b) not taking Livejournal so seriously.
