Does anyone know of the effiacy or otherwise of exercises designed to strengthen it? I picked up a few tips in martial arts and I've always wondered if these well prevent it, I dunno, falling out on the bus when I'm hold. Tips are just generally tensing it a few times while in a yoga type low strech. I also tried some Taoist Chi Gung type exercises, moving "energy" around, which were preceded by a month of so of tenseing and releasing a couple of times a day. The exercise as a whole had some odd effects in the end. Does anyone know if these type exercises might have any long term health benefits? Doesn't seem too wild a hypothesis. Perhaps we should have a prostate wrestling competion next time we're in the pub? |
