The rise of the phoenix (again and again and again until we are all sick of it)

I just read on french comics news site that a new mini has been planned by Marvel to hit stores in february 2005. The mini will be called : Phoenix written by greg pak and drawn by greg land, it features the return of (i don't know if i have to put a spoiler warning since it's not a big surprise) Jean Grey and emma frost will play a role in the mini...
Does this information leaves more space for the returning character in astonishing 4 or does it close the debate (debacle)?

Anyone know anything about Greg Pak, the writer of the series?

"the best writing find that you know nothing about." -- Quesada

Is it this Greg Pak?

update: it is!

What's Jean's record? I think she spent, like, one issue dead before possessing Emma's body in the Whilce Portacio issues...

Key word Phoenix, I think it's kinda a given that she's going to keep on resurrecting herself, over and over again...

Based on this interview over at Comicon Pulse, I'm getting the strong suspicion that they are (once again) ignoring what Grant did and returning to the "Phoenix Force as cosmic entity separate from Jean" thing.

And I also suspect they'll bring Jean back, but seperate her from the PF _permanently_. That's the only way they can tell the "last Phoenix story".
