It hurts me to do this, but I did say I would, so:
If anyone in London fancies playing football as part of an ongoing league type thing on Tues/Wed/Thurs off the Caledonian Road, starting from either 6 or 8, the team ( who are all pleasant characters, if not especially talented, soccer-wise, ) would be more than happy to hear from you, via me, I guess.
I feel a bit like a scoutmaster peddling heroin, but they're a tad short of numbers this year, so if anyone's up for this, do get in touch.
( This should probably be in the Gathering, now I think about it, but seeing as football seems to sum up everything that's wrong with the world, personally, I can't face typing it again. ) |
