brilliant.

I have a number of alter-e-egos to deal with this sort of thing. Different easy to remember contact details and jobs etc. There are a lot of sites that require free registration and it is a pain - especially since I always fill in bollocks contact info. Why would anyone tell the truth on those things. I don't want the Washington Post knowing how much I earn!

That's excellent. I really fucking hate those compulsory registrations. And yer right, why the fuck would anyone give out real info for these things? All you need is an email address and you make up everything else but it takes so fucking long!! Stupid bloody things. Once I registered using the info and address of the company that ran the site.

I don't use my surname anywhere on the Internet and never have. My boyfriend often tells me how amazed he is by the number of different names I use online. (I have 5, I've been using them for years, surely Ms. Goldhawk must be on file somewhere?) I used to enjoy making things up about myself but it does get boorriinngg.

I use my real name all the time. Mr Fridge Magnet, resident in Afghanistan, born January 1, 1970. I'm not ashamed.
