You know the lesser rite of the waterproof trousers?
Basically you wriggle about on trying to get a pair of waterproof trousers over your walking boots. The intent of not getting wet and the energy you put into getting the trousers on usually stops the rain. Either that or the weather gods & godesses have evil sence of humour!
