Hey ho, one of my flatmates is moving out of the small room in my flat so we're looking for someone to take his place.
It's a small room but it's cute. If you've got lots of crap, this place probably isn't for you, but if you're looking for a place to rest your weary head and you don't have lots of stuff to store away, (or maybe you're trying to simplify) perhaps this would suit you!
Great location. Flat is in central London, about 10 - 15 minutes' equidistant walk from Old Street, Angel, Barbican or Farringdon Stations. You can stumble out of the Princess Louise and be home in 10 minutes, or walk home in 20.
The flatmates are great, tres internationale. You would be living with a Canadian, an Irish, and me, an Ameri-fucking Can.  All are very nice, funny, pretty laid-back and enjoy a tipple or two.
Age range in the house is 23 - 31 (though a very young-looking 31).
Also the landlord is really lovely. Once she and her husband had to come look at the flat for some reason and we had a nice afternoon discussing politics and eating scones together. Very easy to deal with.
Oh yeah, and the place is ridiculous cheap for central London.. £280 a month including council tax and most utilities.
