Two tracks downloaded so far, I am going to buy this on launch date but an email just linked me to a site with the full tracklisting and I've been waiting SEVEN FUCKING YEARS for this record.
So far, so fucking groovy.
Track #1, Spitfire, is Prodigy by way of JSRF's soundtrack. Good stuff, nice bleeply bits layered in, some Fat of the Land style Indian-esque samples, kind of like Smack my Bitch Up and Climbatize.
Track #2:Girls. Totally not expecting this. It's playful old school electro hip hop, sample heavy, and kind of like something I'd expect on the next Daft Punk album, not the next Prodigy album. Love it, it's put a big shit-eating grin on my face.
