Resurrecting this because my poor friend has just had to move out of the house she loves and has in the same week split up with her boyfriend - so has nowhere to stay in London except friends' floors.
She is lovely, quiet, clean and tidy, smokes but not at home, can afford up to £500/month I think, and would prefer North London but will take pretty much anything at this stage.
Any length of let considered - if you're going off round the world for two months and want to rent out your room I will personally stand guarantor for her that she will not steal, break or hurt any of your possessions, and will probably clean the bathroom to a sparkling shine while you're away (said she was clean ...)
