I'll be in Chicago for a poker tournement from July 16th through at least the 18th, and it was suggested that I give a shoutout to the board and suggest a Barbe-meet! I have yet to attend one, and haven't even gotten my hotel room yet, but I'd love to meet all of you lovely lovely people!

Playing! It's a poker tournement set up by the website bartcop.com , and it'll be my first serious tournement, although I play in a home game every few weeks.

I can stay an extra day or two to make it an Official Barbelith Event! We don't get any of them in Minneapolis and I always feel envious of the people who get to go them all the time.

Hey-o sorry I'm on a frightfully busy wedding schedule and my dad's computer keeps crashing when I go to barbelith.

Anyhoo - I could MAYBE do Monday the 19th. That's the day I head back to London. Not 100% sure if I can do it. But I want to!!

Well, it is now crunch time...I need to get a hotel, and it seems that only two other people are interested.

Show of hands, anyone who is interested, sound off here, and if there aren't enough people to make a go of it, I'll prolly leave Chicago on the 19th to go visit my parents in Peoria for the rest of that week.

Hey there solitaire I am definitely interested but I am so busy while I'm here in chi-town that I'm wondering if we should just say forget it as I don't want you to get a hotel room and then find I can't make it for whatever reason. Monday is a possibility but as I'm going back to london the next day i'll have to eventually head to my parents house and pack. I dunno. What say you?
