Oh, but what joy if George had decided to devote an entire comic series to how much he hates halfwits endlessly seeking hidden meanings at the expense of actually developing a critical toolkit to appreciate his work... how sweet, were Seaguy to end with our hero discovering the legend, carved in letters of stone two hundred feet high, "STOP MEMORISING THE DIALOGUE OF THE INVISIBLES AND FUCKING READ IT".
George gets really upset when people don't understand his work. I've told him time and again that only special people like him and me can understand it in all its cosmic majesty, but that doesn't stop him calling up when he reads threads like these.
