Well, I live there (here). What do you exactly mean with "child friendly". Truth is that you won't see a lot of children by the street. But I guess you won't see a lot of children in any big city; and, anyway, there aren't a lot of children here (we are the country with the lowest natality rate in the world).
But it's a safe city, and there are parks to play, there are good schools, public and private, and so much activities for children as in any big city. |
