cannonball woke up. he looked out of his window and seeing that it was a sunny and clear day outside, he decided to pay a visit to his best friend, TOKSIC.

"its been so long since i've called upon TOKSIC for help... i sure hope he still lives in GLAGOW !"

"i cant wait to show TOKSIC and his brother ANDREW my new outfit!" thought cannonball. "i wonder if BRAD will be there too... although he's TOKSIC's best friend, i really like him too."

TOKSIC was sitting in his bedroom in LOCHLEA ROAD when he heard his good friend cannonball at the door downstairs.

"oh wow!" he thought. "i wonder if cannonball knows its my birthday today, the APRIL 12th 1980 . he's so smart, i'll just bet he does! i sure hope we can have a birthday adventure and maybe kill some cold heartless robots! maybe he might even get me the FRANCHI SPAS-15 i want!"

I'm sorry Mike, but this was unrealistic. Racism is a many-angle thorny problem issue, and your story - although showing admirable broadmindednessness - just didn't cut it. Fucking excellent drawing though (more cross-hatching pleeeeeeeeze!!!!!)

Another (presumably) English writer, RUINING a perfectly good character with 'Realism' and loony left politics. Why couldn't you have left Cannonball as the immortal mutantkind saviour he was originally envisioned as by AMERICAN (yes, AMERICAN!) writers, instead of infecting him. I for one, am not reading any more of Mike Robot's stories, and I hope you all join me in boycotting his stuff.

Yo, Mister Robot - WTF? surely there should be a rematch between Cannonball and Nimrod? Everyone knows that the devious Nimrod can regenerate / reform just like the T1000 from terminator 2!? Can you please not perma-death Nimrod and retcon his stupid ass.

Alternatively you could produce a oneshot about Nimrod fighting crime and stuff, just like he did before he became Mastermold/Nimrod, travelled through the siege perilous portal of the X-men, and was then reborn as Bastion. Could you possibly?
