And Quimper, you feeb, "blasting" is Southern slang for huffing. He means he feels invulnerable while he is sniffing model glue or spraypaint or room deodorizer. It his nothing to do with his superpower.

I don't like it. Sorry. I think the problem is, Cannonball exists in a comic book world, and when you get an artist like Mike Robot on Cannonball, who does everything with such a high degree of realism, then it looks... wrong. Kind of like superhero outfits translated into celluloid. It looks wanky. The same kind of thing applies here. It's like Cannonball has stepped out of the comics into real life. I think he should have a black leather costume. So as not to scare the sheeple.

Cannonball hand, though, that's good.

Also - with this new 'realistic' approach, is the book going to start tackling more 'realistic' world problems, such as terrorism, war, the holocaust and AIDS? If so, then I say it's a GOOD THING.
