ok, so there is hYpothetical girl that lives somewhere in a city that i may or may not live in and may or may not exist. uh....so i neeD to meet tHis GiRl but she's a total stranger and have just seen her around the city, riding by, ect. attempts at sigilization have usually Failed for me, so i'm Afeared that the one i've done for this will backfire and ensure that i NEVER run into her. whats the best way for me to run into this girl so i can talk to her? hypothetically.
