Well, I only just managed to blag a ticket because one of my friends had a spare (I didn't ask why he had a spare, might have been a sensitive subject).
I did bump into Jack and Spooky post-gig but they had to dash off to catch their train...
I think I was the only person in the world who was slightly underwhelmed by them... I mean, it was great to actually see them and hear all the stuff live, but they seemed a little workaday, get on stage, get through set, get off again. No banter, not very dynamic. They did close with Into The White, which I'd been waiting for aaaalllll night, which was something. |
