London: June 1st: daytime

By some means I won't bother going into, I've got a nice free daytrip to London next Tuesday (June 1st), and I've got no particular solid plans for what to do with my time..

I've got to leave by the evening sadly, and I'd imagine all of you London dwellers will be in work or nearest equivalent during the day, so does anybody have any good suggestions of things going on, good places to visit etc.?

Anything to keep me out of the second hand record shops really..

I may well be about depending on a few factors on the grounds that I are a civil serpent and it's The Queens official Birthday.

Thusly I'll let you know and possibly give you a vague guided tour of every pub that has hosted a barbelith meet.
