Hypotheticaly speaking of course, if I was looking for a silver ring with a name on it, not a thick looking bulky thing with the name cut into it, no, its got to be like so the names written in silver then you've got the 'ring' bit, so it looks kinda delicate, yea, like the one in the film 'The Crow' with Brandon Lee, in fact just like that, except completely differnet, cos shes hypotheticaty not called Shelly. Not that I've given it much thought. Could someone point me in the right direction.

I wasn't clear if you wanted someone to design you a ring like The Crow one, or you wanted a copy of The Crow ring?? If it's the former I can't help. But you can get a copy here and here. Seems like they pop up on US ebay.

Er... though you don't need congratulations cos of course this is all hypothetical... well hey why not spread some joy and be congratulated anyway!

Sue Caldwell is a jeweller who accepts commissions for this sort of thing. She specialises in unusual, quirky designs and her work is of the highest quality. There should be an email address at that site, if you want to contact her. I should probably add that she's a good friend of mine, but don't let that put you off, her stuff really is top notch.

Damnit. I was interested in chasing up the aforementioned Sue - but it looks like she's not paid her domain reg. fees - is there an updated URL? Or any other suggestions for similar custom work? Especially of the quirky or unique variety?
