Actually, this annoys me a bit, simply because Madrox's shtick overlaps with a story I've been working on (although that's more GHOST IN THE SHELL 2 than MADROX)

I'm not seeing the Angel comparison, really. Sure, they are both PI's, but Whedon hardly invented that. And, of course, there's the total lack of vampires, demons, or anything supernatural.

Actually "Angel with mutants" sounds like quite a good idea... especially with PAD writing and the supporting cast being quite Buffy-like (Strong Guy! Wolfsbane!).
This series is one I've been wanting for a long time, any old X-factor reunion with Peter David is appreciated greatly.
I hope it doesn't disappoint. I don't think it will.

I may just pick this up. If anything just for the return of Guido who was my favourite character out of Pete's run on x-factor all those years ago.

And someone help my memory fail here, but was Guido bodyguard too. I remember it was some female, mutant, rock and roll star, but not Dazzler?
