Neatly tying together the two recent subjects of "people with penis referencing-names", and "names of imaginary sex aids", the former leader of the Labour Party in Ireland was called Dick Spring. I can't believe how long I went without noticing that.

Hmm. I must admit I managed to extract mucho chucklesome humour from having a colleage called Dick Fitzpatrick. Just as well I never actually knew anyone called Patrick, or I might have cracked a rib or two, laughing.
