A tiny tweak for moderators

You should notice now that all the names in your moderation actions now have another link by them allowing you to send them a private message more quickly if you're concerned about a moderation request. Hopefully you guys will find that useful.

That does sound a good idea. Because I'm so thick sometimes that I don't understand what's being moderated and why half the time.

Nice one. I always like to send a PM if I disagree with a mod request (doesn't happen that often) and this makes that easier.
