I've talked to Cal about a way of sorting out registrations that might be a bit better, but he's too busy to do much about it. If you have someone you want to get onto the board, then ping me by private message and I'll see what I can do.

I have a few people I'm trying to recruit, I've asked them to let me know if they are going to PM you, Tom, and I'll PM you as well so I can vouch for them, for what that's worth. I am hand-selecting them for intelligence and careful writing and thinking, so I hope they will be productive.
