| At the risk of sounding like a stalker myself, when I read The Authority, I imagine that Apollo and the Midnighter sound the way I imagine Xoc and Ganesh might sound. I don't actually hear voices in my head or anything, I'm just talking about suppositions. "What might so-and-so look or sound like?" That kind of thing. Except The Authority is getting more stupid and unappealing with every book, which doesn't remind me of the guys from Barbelith, who seem jovial, particularly when they're flirting with the Fool in the Photos thread. |
