I was curious if one sort of religion may have more powerful magik spells, perhaps magic was created by neo-pagans, i dont know. Is magic gods wraith? i have no clue, when and where was magic created and how does religion effect it. just curious. No offense or any blashpemy intended.

well, im not sure that magick in general comes from any ONE religion. certainly there are elements of witchcraft, different shamanic beliefs, hermetic thought and even aspects of buddhism and other eastern beliefs play a roll.

its important to remember that chaos magick takes freely from any religion or belief that it can use to achieve a goal. but i dont think one could say that magick derives from any one religion.

hope dat helps.

My two cents:
I think it's more useful to think that religion comes from magick, and not the other way around. Religion would be a way of explaining or trying to make sense of experiences that defy the laws of consensual reality at a determined time. That's pretty evident in early animist/spiritist practices, and also quite common in politheism and monotheism, if you think of sightings of gods, angels and demons as a way of making sense of paranormal phenomena according to one's own religious/ontological background.
Hope I helped.

Ritual is Magick. Religions practice rituals.

A Catholic Mass is a mighty powerful ritual. The rites in Wicca are derived directly from ceremonial magick as well. There are the most easily accessible examples. Though if you look to religion at all, especially the more orthodox sort, you'll find magick in abundance.
