Weird sigil experiment

ello,
ive been talking to some of the locals around here ive met that are into chaos magick etc.
someone told me that once they use a sigil, they like to give it to other people to charge it too, and supposedly get good results.
that made me start thinking about how one could sort of trick a stranger into casting your sigil.
so sitting here today toking a little and bored i went to www.isketch.net
its like pictionary with strangers online.
now i dont know about other isketch addicts but i reach a little mini gnosis every time i play, because i zone out and focus on nothing but the game. so anyway, when it was my turn to draw, id draw my sigil while the others are scanning around in their brain trying to figure out what it is, they sort of cast my sigil. then i cast it on my own, and dispose of it. ive had some really cool results from this, so others might want to do something kinda like it.

i werk at a really popular hot dog joint here, and i've been thinking of ways that i could use the accumulated energy of the mass of people (this place gets PACKED) to launch some sigil through the crowd/community, for large change. i've got no idea as to how to go about it, but it's a thought.

maybe using other people's states of conciousness (gnosis before iskech, drunkeness, excitment, etc.) to get them to do help you (maybe in the same state) do your werk.

I don't know whether it'd work on a hot dog, but if you also sell hamburgers you could draw the sigil on the patty with ketchup, mustard, whatever the condiment of choice. Once your patrons eat it, it will be broken up about as much as anything organic can be, and then burned up in the metabolic process and released energetically. That, I think, would be about as much as you could ask for.

I've had some success with combining sigils with sounds designed to create an altered state in the listener. My 2nd cd "Anonche" features a sigil on the cover and sounds intended to create the proper state of mind in the listener for "launching" it.

At last you want to get into your sigil those energies, you should "filter" the bad kharma charge of the crowd.
For common sense you realize that is not the same charge energy to a sigil from a monastery chorus than form a Hot dog parade. So keep the idea of filter before you made the sigil, or chose more wisely the source of the energy.

This idea of a 'filter' for your sigil is interesting to me -- could you explain more about that? How would you 'program' a filter into a sigil? I mean, I know chaos magick is just make it up as you go along, but I'm curious to hear people's thoughts on this.

im not sure i totally understand where your going with filter. and im not even sure that the energy from a hotdog parade is that much different from a chorus.

theres plenty of different ways to reach a gnosis, all of which are perfectly fine for casting a sigil.

one of the most effective ways of reaching gnosis to cast a sigil for me was jumping in a pool and letting the cold water sort of shock me into gnosis. but i honestly dont think it works any better than jacking off to achieve that no-mind state. its just a quicker and easier to maintain/focus way for me.

so as far as different "energies" are concerned or "filtering" ive had the same effect no matter what the means of gnosis, or the person reaching gnosis.

not to say your "wrong" just that the way ive been doing things thus far in my magick experience it doesnt seem to matter.

Hum, well, for me, for the simple fact that the energy flows form another diferent source is diferent charge to me.
Is for you doesnt make any difference, that´s ok too, that´s the why are so many diferent magick cultures and methods, i mean, for me chamanism is another way to made my wish come true. Another system, another charge. Is not the same to cut the throath of a chicken than drink a tea of flowers to made a girl fall in love on you.
Diferents methods, different ways to cast your own gnosis or mana or whatever the method calls it. Is all about a game with your ouwn really mind.
That´s why the diferent methods reach diferent cultures.
Magick on the city could be more "practicable" with road lights, or electricity, or doves from the park, even tv!... but in the midle of the mountains you will adapt your own sources of ways to sugestion your own and made your self fall in that state of trance to burn put the sigil.
Some people doesnt like drugs, or jump in bunjee, but they adapt the method. I only say is more usefull to determine diferent surces, or gnosis to diferent uses.
Everything has a gender, every thing a cycle, as the Kybalion dictates... that´s made the diference for me, and i try to keep those that are opossite very clear to my own pourpose.

weenies?, meaninig? I´ll try some ones psicoactives but in the midle of nowhere, in the fields... like a shaman, and it works, that´s the way i find my totem animal.

If i has to charge one with hot dog eaters energy i would chose some "gula" spell or desire, for increment your fat if you are skinny.. jajaja! Or to made a product such popular as the hot dog...

A few months ago I had the idea to combine sigils with other sigils to create "sigil sums." I created about twelve sigils, then put them away to charge them at a later date. I sat on them for about two months, then when I pulled them out to charge, I was intimidated by how many there were so I decided to combine my original twelve sigils to make four "sigil sums" and charged them. Here's my problem, I sat on the original sigils so long, I'm not sure if any of them worked. I'm pretty sure they did because I KNOW one of the original sigils was to get accpeted into a college in New York and that has since come to pass. I'd say that this technique is effective at forgetting the desire behind each sigil and to that effect Spare might argue that it is that much more powerful. But alas, I have no way of knowing what I wanted to begin with. Has anyone else experimented with this? If so, what were your results?

Doesn't matter how long you put them aside, when you charge 'em, they work. Sometimes they can even start to work before you charge 'em. And sitting on them for a while before you do sometimes helps the matter, since by then you've forgotten what they're all for. So it sounds like it's all good with your sigil work!

Sigil swapping is not a particularly new practice. ToPY advocated it for years and various chaos groups have been doing likewise for a while. I used to leave sigils in library books as a way to randomly disseminate them. Eventually, I started finding the odd sigil myself in books.

The sound and sigil note is interesting. I've delved into this myself. I have a really old tracker program on an old Commodore Amiga 1200 which allows any sound to be used as sample as it loads it in RAW format, so images can be used as sounds. There are progs for the PC that will convert images to sound.

I've been toying with the idea for a while of trying to create a sonic alphabet of desire using resonant harmonics, probably using Z'ev's Rhythm Majik for guidance. Has anyone tried anything similar?
