I was looking through the topics and noticed no one has mentioned Chappelle's Show yet. So I decided I would be the one to get the ball rolling.
Dave Chappelle is one of the few comedians in America today with the courage to get political and the comedic genius back it up, thus making him a natural topic of discussion anong Barbelites.
My favorite skits so far: "What if the internet were an actual place you could go?"
Dave's night out with Wayne Brady, and the immortal "Charlie Murphy's True Hollywood Stories"

Sorry, Ten, you're right. The original title was going to be "Does Wayne Brady have to choke a bitch?" But it was too long.

"Game. Blouses." Oh, I think I remember now! Prince battles Charlie Murphy on the ball court and wins?

I can say "bitch" because I am one. Heh,heh.

Haha, "Does Wayne Brady Have to Choke a Bitch," that was insanely funny. Just the first part when he rolled up and shot everyone at the club - I almost shit my pants. I mean come on, it's Wayne Brady, how unexpected is that?

I think the scariest part of that skit is how convincing Wayne Brady is as a psychotic gangster. I'll never look at Brady the same way.
It's like seeing Rodney Dangerfield in Natural Born Killers. He's not the loveable old geezer anymore; he's just creepy now.

Wayne Brady really redeemed himself in my eyes with that skit. I love how everyone on Chappelle's Show commits violence in such an unconvincing way...Wayne Brady snapping that cop's neck was pure BRILLIANCE.

Overall, the first episode's racist blind black man still holds the cake for me, and it's been all downhill from there. Off-topic, has anyone seen the new DVDs of Richard Prior's primetime show? It only had one season, and MAN was it ahead of its time.
