Basically, I know nothing about animation and me and a friend want to mess around with it. Do some simple cartoons. But the Flash software costs about 500 bucks. And I'm not willing or able to pay that much money for something I'm just going to mess about with. Is it possible for someone with the software to burn it onto a CD (or CDs) and give it to me? Or is this just not technically possible. If it is can any of you please do this for me?
Macromedia offer a 30-day free trial of most of their software (including Flash) Might be worth trying it out, to see how you get on with it, before arranging for a 'backup' copy from someone.
Thanks, I will try it. But my friend is already familiar with it (he's used it at school) but animation is a long ass process and 30 days isn't enough.
At the same time: be careful. I'm not sure what board policy on "hey, give me warez!" is, but I'd go careful. PM people you think might be able to help.
