Check the publication date: 1988. And the one review, 2002. When did the DC vs Atlas case start? This may have been planned to be put out before it got caught up in the legal tussles. I know that Amazon listed Zenith for ages and kept putting the date backwhile it was hoped Rebellion and Morrison could come to an agreement.

That's the old listing from the original April 1st 1998 solicitation. Try not to get your hopes up too much, we just had this exact same conversation over at MillarWorld a couple months ago.

Its the way amazon works - if a book is announced and then indefinitely posponed somehow every few months or so their entry goes live again making it appear that the book will be coming out when it won't.
