I've another one for you - whose funnier, Les Dawson or Ronnie Barker? They'e kind of like Northern and Southern versions of the the same cultural archetype, amusing fat man who like to dress up as women, but who would win in a gag fest. Perhpas this is immeasureable.
Jack, if you want to read something deecent about conspiracies, check here. IMO, trying to link all the different conspiracy theories into one is a device for simplifying an amazingly complex world. Hoowever, to say there are not bodies of vested interests working away behind the scenes seems to deny everything we know about human nature and politics. So as a rulte of thumb, a rule meta-conspiracies (ie. grnad conspiracies linking everything together - "it was all the lizards/jews/masons") = bad, while theories which operate on a small scale, have vreifiable evidence etc = well, if not good, at least possible. Not sure if that's clear. Check the essay for clarification. |
