I saw this linked from Slashdot earlier. I love the slight eeriness of the broken english on the captions:
"I don't know how sound the silence to those tourists that they can not stand it, but to me after hitting a red line on my bike tacho it sound like all those ghosts cursing 1100cc kawasaki engin."
The photos are nothing special, in fact many have a pale white sheen over them, branches in the foreground and poor focus. But they somehow get the message across perfectly. The web layout is so plain as well.
A quite brilliant site. I somehow get the impression that half the sentiment that comes across could be inadvertent, accidental. It could almost be a guide for hardcore Kawasaki riders to what would make a fantastic place to drive around at great speed without punishment. But then again, it isn't. |
